On Monday July 11th, RLH had a groundbreaking for the newly awarded project, Park Hill Townhomes in Winter Park, FL. This project consists of 10 exclusive and luxury townhomes that will be located on the southwest corner of North Park Avenue and Whipple Avenue, across from the Winter Park Country Club, with 7 of the units directly on Park Avenue. Winter Park Magazine has dubbed this as ‘A Legacy Project on Park Avenue’, and we here at RLH are more than excited to be named the General Contractor for this project.
