Business Development

Working in Business Development at RLH General Contracting means becoming an integral part of a team that drives growth and expands our market presence. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills in building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our high-quality construction services.

Estimator

As an Estimator at RLH General Contracting, you'll play a critical role in our project planning and execution. Your expertise in analyzing costs, materials, and timelines will ensure our projects are competitively priced and delivered on time.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager at RLH General Contracting, you will lead and oversee the execution of our construction projects from inception to completion. Your role involves coordinating with clients, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Superintendent

As a Superintendent at RLH General Contracting, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Benefits of Working At RLH

• 401K – You will be eligible to participate in the 401k Profit Sharing Plan as stipulated by management. Employees become eligible to participate in the plan after six months of continuous employment.

• ESOP – RLH is owned by its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As a new member of the RLH family you will automatically become an ESOP participant and be eligible for annual allocations of company stock upon completion of one (1) Year of Service. One Year of Service is defined as having completed 1000 Hours of Service during the twelve consecutive month period beginning on your date of hire. Stock is earned annually and vested over a six-year period.

• Bonus Plan – The Company provides a discretionary bonus plan that is paid out every six months. The plan is based on the financial health of the company and the financial results of individual projects.
Part One – Company Performance: A full-time employee with at least six months of employment is eligible for this portion of the plan.
Part Two – Project and Personal Performance: A full-time direct project employee is eligible for this portion of the plan beginning after 90 days of employment.

• Benefits – On the first of the month following your initial 60-day period, you will be eligible for the following benefits based on our policy:

  • Health Insurance – The Company contributes a portion towards the employee only coverage – dependent and spousal coverage are the responsibility of the employee
  • Dental/Vision Insurance – Dental and vision coverages are available at negotiated group rates and are the responsibility of the employee
  • Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTD) – STD and LTD coverages are available at negotiated group rates and are the responsibility of the employee
  • Life Insurance – The Company pays for a $35,000 life insurance policy for the employee. Employees may purchase additional life coverage at negotiated group rates for self and dependents
  • Paid Holidays – The Company provides six paid holidays each year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) earned after the initial 90 days of employment
  • Paid Time Off – The Company typically provides 24 hours of PTO per year earned after the initial 90 days of employment. PTO days are not carried over from year to year
  • Vacation – Vacation time is typically earned one week after six months of continuous employment and two weeks at your annual anniversary date and two weeks annually thereafter. Vacation time is not carried over and is reset annually on your anniversary date.
