RLH was awarded as the General Contractor for the Hyundai of Central Florida project that will be located off East Hwy 50 in Clermont, which consists of new construction of a 38,865 SF automotive dealership. The groundbreaking for the project was held onsite on November 22nd, 2016. The attendees for the groundbreaking, from left to right, included Richard Haines (RLH Owner), Phil Whitehill (RLH Director of Business & Project Development), Bruce Hansley (RLH Superintendent), Steven Francis (COO of Mullinax Automotive Group), Jerry Mullinax (Owner of Mullinax Automotive Group), Tracy Taylor (Dealer Rep for Mullinax Automotive Group), Jean Abi-Aoun (FEG-Civil Engineer) and Mike Godek (RLH Project Manager).

The Legends at World Golf Village, St Augustine
“Our community, a 15-building, 300-unit condominium, recently completed a major refurbishment project with RLH Construction LLC. The exteriors of the 15 buildings as well as all individual units were involved which translates to 300 owners being inconvenienced. Hammock Grove Condominiums
One of our latest projects was for Hammock Grove Condos in Jacksonville, Florida. Work included remediation of existing construction defects and damage resulting from defects including removal of exterior surfacing, repair of sheathing, window replacement, and installation of new second-floor level stucco veneer.
