Redevelopment of a 78,000 square-foot plaza with five stores into a 90,000 square-foot plaza with four tenants. Exterior renovation of all facades to corporate brand standards, added warehouse and truck docking space, removed interior walls to combine spaces – all while working in between operational out parcels with heavy traffic.
